Access Portal is here!
For our valued
customers, an online Client Access Portal has been developed with you in
mind. There are essentially two sections; a trouble ticket tracker
(named IT Help) and a Download section.
We believe
communication is critical to developing long-term client
relationships. IT Help is designed to track the status of all trouble
tickets in real-time. As a technician works toward resolving your
issues, you’ll receive up-to-date status alerts via email to keep you
informed of our progress. It is similar to UPS or FedEX package
tracking systems in that you are constantly kept informed regarding the
status of your trouble ticket. This portal also serves as a
repository of all solutions provided so that you can easily reference
historical work performed by our technicians.
The Download
section is a collection of free tools and utilities that we offer direct to
our clients. All software made available for download is tested for
months in a lab and work environment to ensure that it meets our stringent
standards before we release it to our clients.
The
Client Access Portal requires a username and password as all information is
secured. All clients are eligible at no cost. To get
started using your portal, simply contact us via email at info@edalexander.com
to request your login details. Once you have a valid username and
password combination, you can easily log into the portal from our home page
at www.edalexander.com.
